The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With A Number Of Service Providers Per Plot In The Field Of Purchasing Services And Contract And Supplier Management. The Contract Consists Of Three Lots: Lot 1: Operational And Tactical Procurement Services; Lot 2: Strategic And Specialist Purchasing (Advisory) Services; Lot 3: Contract And Supplier Management. More Information About The Above Three Main Components Can Be Found In Section 2.1.4 Of The Descriptive Document. The Framework Agreements Are Concluded For An Initial Period Of 24 Months. After The Initial Period, The Client Has The Option To Tacitly Extend The Framework Agreements Twice For A Maximum Of 12 Months Each Time. Maximum Value €430,000,000
