This Tender Concerns A European Restricted Tender Procedure Eu/2026.025 For The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For Integral Engineering Services For The Rivium Area Development. The Services Include Research And Advice, Integral Design, Technical Preparation, Permits And Notifications, Contract And Tender Preparation And Cost Management. We Want To Enter Into A Framework Agreement For A Period Of Four Years. The Framework Agreement Comes Into Effect On March 1, 2027. After These Four Years, We Can Extend The Agreement A Maximum Of Twice For 1 Year. The Maximum Term Of The Framework Agreement Is Therefore Until March 1, 2033. The Maximum Amount Of This Framework Agreement Is € 1,800,000 Excl. Vat. The Work Will Be Provided Through Further Orders During The Term Of The Framework Agreement. The Content, Scope, Phasing, Planning, Financial Frameworks And Products To Be Delivered Are Determined Per Further Assignment. The Following Six Sub-Projects Are Currently Distinguished Within The Rivium Planning Area: A. Public Space (Red): Integral Public Space And Assessment Of The Coalition Area, Including Landscape And Mobility; B. Public Space (Yellow): Municipal Public Space And Mobility Design, Including Mobility And Landscape; C. Underground Main Infrastructure And Area Preparatory Work; D. Parkshuttle: Grade-Separated Intersection, Extensions Of The Parkshuttle Track And New Or Modified Stops; E. Abram Van Rijckevorselweg: Redesign And Speed Reduction To 50 Km/H; F. Metropolitan Cycling Route Ridderkerk–Rotterdam On Capels Territory.
