The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Find A Provider Of Voice, Short Message And Mobile Data And Landline Phone Call Service (Hereinafter Referred To As The Service) Within The Scope And Conditions Stipulated In The Basic Documents Of The Public Procurement. The Framework Agreement Is Signed By The National Support Center As The Central Procurer. On The Basis Of The Framework Contract, All Procurers Who Have Concluded An Agreement With The National Support Services Center For The Provision Of Central Procurement Services Or Central Procurement Support Services For The Organization Of Public Procurements May Enter Into Procurement Contracts.
