The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes: Preparation Of The Available Apparatus For Upgrading And Modernization; Delivery Of Equipment For The Upgrade And Modernization Of Available Existing Magnetic Resonance To Mbal Lozenets Ead, With Address: Sofia, Koziak Street #1; Assembly, Installation, Commissioning; Performing Preliminary Tests And Functional Tests; Training Of Medical Professionals; Provision Of The Necessary Technical Documentation, Certificates Of Conformity And Operating Instructions In Bulgarian And Warranty Maintenance And Delivery Of The Necessary Parts And Materials, Within The Warranty Period. The Public Procurement Includes The Implementation Of The Following Main Activities: - Preparation Of The Available Apparatus For Upgrading And Modernization; - Delivery Of Equipment For The Upgrade And Modernization Of Existing Magnetic Resonance Imaging To Lozenets Ead Medical Center, With Address: Sofia, Koziak St. No. 1; - Assembly, Installation And Commissioning; - Performing Preliminary Tests And Functional Tests; - Training Of Medical Specialists, Designated By The Employer, At The Place Of Work; - Provision Of The Necessary Technical Documentation, Certificates Of Conformity And Operating Instructions In Bulgarian; - Warranty Maintenance And Delivery Of The Necessary Parts And Materials, Within The Warranty Period The Minimum Warranty Period Is Not Less Than 12 (Twelve) Months Full Warranty. The Delivery Term Is No More Than 180 (One Hundred And Eighty) Calendar Days, Counted From The Date Of The Assignment Letter From The Employer. The Term For Installation, Adjustment, Trial Testing, Commissioning Is No More Than 60 (Sixty) Calendar Days, Counted From The Date Of Delivery Of The Equipment. The Term For Training Specialists Is No More Than 30 (Thirty) Calendar Days After Putting The Equipment Into Operation And According To A Pre-Agreed Schedule With The Employer. At The Time Of The Announcement Of The Public Procurement, Its Financing Has Not Been Secured, Therefore The Contract Will Be Concluded Under The Condition, In Accordance With Art. 114 Of The Civil Code.
