The Subject Of The Public Order Is: Upgrading Of The Information System Integrated Bulgarian Maritime Surveillance (Inbulmars), Based On A Common Information Sharing Environment (Cise) For Monitoring The Maritime Territory Of The Eu. Brief Description Of The Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: Activity 1: Delivery Of Data Center Upgrade Equipment. Within The Framework Of This Activity, The Contractor Should Deliver Equipment And System Software Necessary For Upgrading A Data Center And For Providing An Infrastructural Basis For The Operation Of The Inbulmars System. The Requirements For The Necessary Equipment And System Software Needed To Upgrade A Data Center And To Provide An Infrastructural Basis For The Operation Of The Inbulmars System Are Described In Item 8 Of The Technical Specification. Activity 2: Installation And Configuration Of The Supplied Equipment. Within This Activity, The Contractor Should Provide Installation, Configuration And Operation Preparation Services Of The Delivered Equipment, So That A Functional, Secure And Sustainable Infrastructure Environment For The Inbulmars System Is Ensured. The Requirements And Scope Of Services Are Described In Item 8 Of The Technical Specification. Activity 3: Development Of New System Functionalities. Within This Activity, The Contractor Should Conduct An Audit, Technological And Functional Upgrade Of The Inbulmars System, Including The External User Module, So As To Ensure Higher Performance, Better Usability, Better Traceability Of The Exchange And Full Compatibility With The National Cise Node.
