The Subject Of The Order Is Delivery Of Food Products, Necessary For School Canteens, Educational And Social Facilities On The Territory Of Krumovgrad Municipality Under Separate Positions: No. 1 - Delivery Of Fruits And Vegetables And No. 2 - Delivery Of Cans And Confectionery. The Scope, Volume And Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Detailed And Regulated In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of This Documentation. The Specific Items And The Products Included In Them, With Indicated Estimated Quantities, Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification Attached To This Documentation. Given The Specifics Of This Public Procurement, The Contracting Authority Places Estimated Quantities Of The Delivered Food Products For Each Of The Separate Items Included In The Subject Of The Procurement. The Quantities Are Indicated In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Documentation For The Public Procurement, And The Same Are Estimated And Do Not Commit The Contracting Authority To Their Complete Utilization Upon Conclusion Of The Contract. The Purchase Of Food Products Will Be Determined According To The Emerging Needs Of The Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right, If Within The Scope Of The Concluded Contracts For The Award Of This Public Procurement, New Sites Are Revealed And/Or The Municipality Of Krumovgrad Applies And Is Approved For Projects Related To The Supply Of Food Products, Then The Same Will Be Served Within The Framework Of The Concluded Contracts With The Designated Contractors. On The Basis Of Art. 5 Of The Ppzop, When During The Term Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Discovers New Sites And/Or The Municipality Of Krumovgrad Applies And Is Approved For Projects Related To The Supply Of Food Products, Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code. In Terms Of Quality Requirements, The Delivered Goods Must Comply With Bds, Pdo Or Equivalent. Upon Delivery, The Goods Must Be Fit For Their Intended Use. Important!!! The Quantities Of Food Products By Type In The Separate Individual Items Are Indicative Depending On The Needs Of The Contracting Authority. Deliveries Will Be Made Upon Prior Request By The Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right: - To Reduce And/Or Increase The Quantities, According To The Needs Of The Units, Within The Funds Under The Contract; - Not To Order Part Of The Range Listed In The Technical Specifications Of This Documentation. Participants Must Be Able To Supply The Specific Requested Quantities Of Food Products To The Relevant End Users. Transport Costs Are At The Contractors Expense. The Remaining Shelf Life Of Food Products Should Not Be Shorter Than 75% Of The Shelf Life Of The Specific Product.
