The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of Garage Doors In Building No. 13 In The Military Complex At Ul. Jagiellończyka 2 In Grudziądz. Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Works Including: Demolition Works, Replacement Of Garage Doors, Replacement Of Window Frames, Strengthening Of The Building Structure, Waste Collection And Management. 2) Development Of The Bioz Plan (Safety And Health Protection Plan In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure On Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection And The Safety And Health Protection Plan (Journal Of Laws Of 2003) On Its Own And At Its Own Expense R., No. 120, Item 1126, As Amended) In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, I.E.), Before Commencing Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Bioz Plan Prepared By The Construction Works Manager On The Day Of Handing Over The Work Site By The Ordering Party, 3) Carrying Out Accompanying Works Consisting In Lighting The Area. Works, Fencing The Work Stages, Securing And Fencing The Work Area With Warning Signs, Handrails, Bridges, Canopies, Constructing And Maintaining The Facilities Of The Construction Work Area, Marking And Securing Installations And Devices On The Work Site. The Above Is Carried Out By The Contractor With His Own Efforts And At The Price Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Masonry Works, Works Involving The Replacement Of Garage Doors, Replacement Of Single-Leaf Doors Covered By The Subject Of The Order, And The Performance Of These Activities Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, Consolidated Text).
