1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization And Furnishing Of The Premises At Ul. Piłsudskiego 3 In Słubice As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Premises Of The District Branch Of The Association Of Pensioners And Pensioners Located In The Office Building At Ul. Piłsudskiego In Słubice, Plot No. 1275, Plot Id: 080505_4.0001.1275 (As Part Of The Budget Task: Active Future - Integration And Employment In The Area G-7 (Felb.06.16-Iz.00-0010/25-00 - European Social Fund Plus). 2. The Modernization Concerns The Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party At Ul. Piłsudskiego 3 In Słubice - Plot No. 1275, Precinct No. 1 - The City Of Słubice, And Its Detailed Scope Includes, Among Others, Moving The Door Opening And Enlarging One Of The Rooms By Part Corridor, Removal Of One Of The Walls - As In The Attached Documentation, And Then Equipping The Rooms In Accordance With The Employers Guidelines. Modernization Works Include General Construction Works And Electrical, Telecommunications, Water And Sewage Installations. The Equipment Includes The Purchase, Delivery And Assembly, And Then Checking Of The Devices, Equipment And Furnishings Indicated In The Documentation, In Particular Furniture, Including The Built-In Structure, With Parameters And Dimensions As In The Attached Preview Documentation.3 Annex No. 5 To The Swz Entitled Design Documentation And In Annex No. 4 To The Swz Entitled Template Of The Contract. 4.
