According To The Preliminary Geotechnical Opinion, Due To The Presence Of Low-Bearing Soil And Anthropogenic Soil In The Form Of Uncontrolled Embankments Of Various Composition And Variable Thickness In The Area Of ​​The Plot No. 695/6, Complex Ground Conditions Exist In The Investment Area.
