Part I - Construction Works To Adapt And Change The Use Of The Basement Of The Municipal Health Center Into A Place Of Emergency Shelter. The Subject Of The Investment Is The Adaptation Of The Existing Basement Floor Of The Building Of The Health Center In Czerwonka Włościańska, Located In Czerwonka Włościańska 36A, On Plot No. 324, To The Function Of An Emergency Shelter. The Designed Function Is Periodic In Nature And Will Be Activated In Emergency Situations, Without Changing The Basic Use Of The Entire Building. The Facility Is A Detached Building With Two Above-Ground Floors And One Underground Floor. There Is A Health Center On The Ground Floor, Residential Premises On The First Floor, And Technical And Utility Rooms, Storage Rooms, Toilets, Communications And A Garage In The Basement. The Structure Of The Underground Part Consists Of Massive Concrete Walls, And The Ceiling Above The Basement Is Made Of Prefabricated Hollow-Core Slabs Of The Żerański Type. The Building Is Equipped With Water Supply, Sewage, Electricity, Heating, Telecommunications And Gravity Ventilation. The Total Area Of ​​The Basement Floor Is Approximately 238.30 M², Of Which Approximately 160.40 M² Is Intended For Emergency Shelter. The Planned Shelter Zone Includes Rooms Intended For People, Communication And Escape Routes, Emergency Toilets, Technical Rooms And An Equipment Warehouse. The Assumed Capacity Of The Facility Is A Maximum Of 60 People. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes Organizing And Adapting The Existing Functional Layout, Demolition Works, New Walls And Partitions, Plastering, Painting, Insulation And Finishing Works. It Is Planned To Install Technical Stoneware Floors, Ceramic Cladding In Sanitary Rooms, Protect Walls And Floors Against Moisture And Perform External Insulation Of Foundation Walls. The Task Also Includes The Replacement And Installation Of Windows And Doors, Including Steel, Fire-Resistant And Burglar-Proof Doors, Protection Of Window Openings, Adaptation Of The Basic Entrance And Construction Of An Independent Backup Exit. The Scope Also Includes Local Construction Works, Protection Of External Openings And Preparation Of Escape Routes. Installation Works Include Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Water And Sewage System, Adaptation Of The Central Heating System, Implementation Of Mechanical Ventilation And Modernization Of The Electrical Installation. Basic, Emergency And Evacuation Lighting, Installation Of Sockets And Receivers, Automation And Air Quality Sensors, As Well As Backup Power Supply With The Possibility Of Connecting A Power Generator Were Designed. Marking Of Escape Routes, Sanitary, Fire-Fighting And Rescue Equipment, As Well As Tests, Measurements, Adjustments And Acceptance Of All Installations And Works Are Also Planned.
