The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: - Removal Of Trees And Bushes In Order To Provide Access To The Reservoir (Note: Wood From Felling Trees Is The Property Of The Employer And Remains At Its Disposal) - Cleaning The Bottom Of The Reservoir By Desilting It With A Layer Of Up To 40 Cm, - Repairing The Slopes Restoring Their Original Shape And Parameters, - Strengthening The Reservoir Slopes /Installing A Fascine/ On The Northern And Eastern Sides Due To The Possibility Of The Slope Sliding / Proximity To The Road / - Sowing With A Grass Mixture. - Removal Of Stumps From Former Trees Overgrowing The Banks Of The Pond - Construction Of Stairs Protected By A Balustrade. The Contractors Tasks Also Include: - Delivery And Installation Of An Information Board Measuring 120X80 Cm On A Frame Or Posts Made Of Stainless/Powder-Galvanized Steel - A Board Informing About The Co-Financing Of The Task - Delivery And Installation Of Information Signs No Jumping Into The Water And No Bathing - Preparation Of Documentation Post-Construction - Surveying Services And Conducting Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory4.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), 3) Bill Of Quantities, Provided That If The Content Of The Design Documentation And Stwiorb Contains Any Provisions Regarding The Evidence In Question, The Warranty Period, On-Site Inspection Or Regarding The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular The Rules For The Introduction Of Additional Or Replacement Works, Acceptance Works, Method Of Settlement, Which Are Not Reflected In The Content Of This Swz And The Draft Contract Or Are Inconsistent With Them, The Provisions Of The Swz And The Draft Contract Constituting An Annex To The Swz Should Be Accepted As Binding. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 4.3 Point 1 Of The Bill Of Quantities Of Works Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Compared To The Quantity Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 4.3 Point 1) And Stwiorb.
