The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Complete Construction Works Covered By The Design Documentation, Together With The Delivery Of Materials And Equipment, Commissioning Of The Installation, Carrying Out Tests And Examinations, Performing An As-Built Geodetic Inventory, Obtaining The Required Industry Acceptance And Providing The Ordering Party With Complete As-Built Documentation. The Investment Is Located In Konikowo, Registration District 0069 Konikowo, Świeszyno Commune. The Documentation Indicates Plots No. 7, 9/20, 68/4, 8/52, 8/6, 8/9, 8/38, 8/51, 15/5, 576, 16/3 And 549. The Spatial Scope Of The Works Is Determined By Land Development Designs And Industry Drawings. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Point 3 Of Chapter I Swz And In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. It Includes: A) Building Permit Along With Arrangements And Opinions; B) Detailed Design; C) Bill Of Quantities; D) Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb); E) Geotechnical Opinion. The Above Documents Should Be Read Together With The Above Swz Point, Drawings, Profiles, Equipment Manual, Decisions And Arrangements, And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Bill Of Quantities Constitutes Auxiliary Material For The Valuation, Unless The Swz Or The Contract Provide Otherwise. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Works Resulting From The Design Documentation And Necessary To Achieve The Described Result, Subject To The Rules For Amending The Contract Specified In The Public Procurement Law And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Task Is Co-Financed By The Government Road Development Fund And The Świeszyno Communes Own Funds.
