The Subject Of The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Task: Implementation Of Own Tasks In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense Within Area Ii, I.E.: Logistic Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies For Local Government Units From The Masovian Voivodeship, Excluding The Capital City Of Warsaw And The Masovian Voivodeship Local Government From The Funds Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program 2025/2026 - Renovation Of A Garage Building And Creation Of A Civil Protection And Defense Warehouse Civil.” The Subject Is A Two-Story Warehouse Building. Ground Floor With A Loading And Unloading Ramp, Underground With A Ramp And Stairs. The Building Is A Brick Structure. The Scope Of The Order Includes Renovation Works Aimed At Improving The Technical Condition, Durability And Functionality Of The Facility, In Particular: • Renovation And Reconstruction Of The Loading R • Construction Of A New Building Facade Along With The Necessary Preparatory Works; • Roof Renovation, Including Repair Or Replacement Of The Roof Covering, Replacement Of Sheet Metal Flashings, Gutters And Downpipes; • Replacement Of External Joinery, Including Installation Of New Garage Doors And Windows; • Carrying Out Internal Works Including Repairing Plasters, Filling Gaps, Preparing Surfaces And Painting Walls And Ceilings; • Modernization Of The Electrical Installation To The Extent Necessary To Ensure The Proper Functioning Of The Warehouse, Including The Construction Of New Power Points, Installation Of Energy-Saving Led Lighting And Electrical Equipment; • Performance Of All Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment, Including Preparatory, Cleaning And Finishing Works.
