Part No. 1 - Adaptation Of The Bat Hibernaculum In The Tunnel In Naterki, Gietrzwałd Commune. The Scope Of Work Includes The Implementation Of Activities Related To Securing Bat Hibernacula In The Facilities Indicated In Table No. 1 - Location Of The Facilities, In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities For Each Facility Constituting An Annex To The Opz. The Works Include: 1) Construction Of Grates With Closing Gates, 2) Anti-Corrosion Protection Of The Grates, 3) Construction Of Wooden Entrance Doors And Their Installation, 4) Anti-Corrosion Protection Of Doors, 5) Various Construction Works, 6) Adaptation Of The Interior Of The Facilities By Installing Shelters For Bats (Bricks, Boards, Spraying On The Walls), 7) Cleaning Up The Area After Construction Works, 8) Removal Of Combat Shelters Located Inside Waste, Stones, Leaves, Sand (If Such Materials Will Be Contained Therein).2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. The Scope Of Works Is Determined By The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities: In The Scope Of Part No. 1: Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities - Tunnel In Naterki - Annex No. 1A To Swz.4. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Design Documentation Specify The Quality Requirements Relating To At Least The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order.5. The Ordering Party Also Provides Detailed Cost Estimates On The Basis Of Which The Value Of The Order Was Estimated: In Terms Of Part No. 1: Detailed Cost Estimate - Tunnel In Naterki - Annex No. 1C To Swz.6. Cost Estimates Are Illustrative And Auxiliary In Nature, They Are Not Used To Calculate The Offer Price, As It Is A Lump Sum.7. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Carrying Out An On-Site Inspection Of The Facilities Affected By Construction Works (All Or Selected Ones) In The Presence Of The Ordering Partys Representative. The Ordering Party Sets Possible Dates For The On-Site Visit On August 19-21, 2026, From 8:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M. - Meeting With The Ordering Partys Representative At A Place Agreed By Phone. Each Contractor Should Notify The Ordering Party Of Their Willingness To Carry Out An On-Site Inspection By August 17, 2026. The Notification Should Indicate The Date, Contact Telephone Number And Which Facilities The Inspection Is To Concern.
