1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction And Conservation Works Consisting In The Restoration Of The Historic Palace Park In Trzebiechów (Lubusz Voivodeship, Plot No. 384/52). The Order Is Being Implemented As Part Of The Task: Protection Of Biological Diversity And Reconstruction Of The Water Reservoir In The Area Of ​​The Palace Park In Trzebiechów. Note: Works Related To Cleaning And Desilting Of The Park Pond Are Completely Excluded From The Scope Of This Order. The Main Scope Of The Order Includes: 1.1. Renovation And Reconstruction Of Pedestrian Paths - Construction Of Profiled Mineral Surfaces With A Structure Fully Permeable To Water (Sand/Cream Color) With Eco-Border Edges With A Total Length Of 1,080 M (Divided Into Two Implementation Stages) Along With Tidying Up And Sowing The Adjacent Strips With Grass.1.2. Replacement Of Small Architecture - Disassembly Of Worn-Out Elements And Delivery And Installation Of New, Historically Stylized Elements Of Park Equipment (10 Benches With Backrests, 4 Waste Bins And 2 Information Boards).1.3. Greenery Management And Tree Stand Care - Selective Removal Of Wild Self-Seeded Trees And Shrubs On An Area Of Approximately 4.6 Ha (With Protection Of Long-Lived Species And Undergrowth) And Making Sanitary And Maintenance Cuts And Revealing Viewing Axes On Approximately 100 Trees Along Paths. Key Contract Requirements: Greenery Protection: The Contractor Is Obliged To Absolutely, Mechanically Protect The Trunks And Root Systems Of The Existing Old Trees Against Operation Of Construction Equipment. Specialized Supervision: Due To The Registered Nature Of The Monument, The Contractor Must Ensure Constant, Specialized Archaeological Supervision (For Earthworks) And Supervision For Works With Greenery.
