3.1 The Subject Of The Construction Project Is Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Construction And Modernization Of Pedestrian And Bicycle Infrastructure And Shared Infrastructure In The City Of Żuromin, I.E. Implementation Of Task No. 37 Shared Zone In Kasztanowa Street (Construction Of Municipal Road No. 460755 In Kasztanowa Street On Plots With Registration Numbers 543/1, 544/1, 602/2, 530/1, 507, 544/2 The Scope Of The Investment Includes, Among Others: 1) Construction Of A Single Carriageway Road/Street With A Width Of 5.50 M And A Concrete Surface (Paving Stones) Over A Length Of 452 M, Municipal Road No. 460853W (Ul. Kasztanowa) Class L (Mpzp - 03Kd(L)2) Construction Of A One-Sided Pedestrian Road (Sidewalk) With A Concrete Surface (Paving Stones) Along The Streets With A Width Of 2.15 M Located Directly Next To The Road Of Ul. Kasztanowa,3) Construction Of Roadsides With A Surface Made Of Unbound Aggregate, 0.75 M Wide, Located Next To The Road4) Reconstruction Of Existing And Construction Of New Exits With A Concrete Surface (Paving Stones) To Properties/Real Estates Along The Street5) Construction Of A Storm Sewage System With Water Drainage Through The Outlet To The Existing Drainage Ditch O Along With Strengthening The Slope Of The Ditch6) Topsoil And Sowing With Grass Mixture In Areas Free From Buildings On The Border Of The Road7) Planting Trees Along The Streets8) Constructing Vertical And Horizontal Markings9) Construction Of A Technological Canal10) Height Regulation Of The Existing Infrastructure And Utilities Fittings11) Securing The Existing Infrastructure With Protective Pipes12) Construction Of Lighting Points With Led Fixtures13) Demolition Of Existing Road And Street Elements, Ground Surfacesthe Order Is Financed From The National Reconstruction Plan And Increasing Resilience (Kpo). The Project Is Subject To The Dnsh (Do No Significant Harm) Principle, Which Means The Obligation To Ensure That The Implementation Of The Project Will Not Cause Significant Harm To Environmental Objectives. The Implementation Of The Investment Must Be Consistent With The Dnsh Principle - The Implementation Cannot Include Activities That Cause Serious Damage To The Environment. The Report Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Requirements Of The Dnsh Principle Is Attached As Annex No. 12 To The Swz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In: Attachment.
