The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Light Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With A High-Pressure Unit And A Water Tank, As Well As Additional Equipment For The Volunteer Fire Department In Bełdów.2. Detailed Technical And Operational Parameters Of The Vehicle, Which Constitute The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, Are Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 3. The Contractor Must Confirm Compliance With The Technical And Operational Parameters By Completing Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 4. The Offered Vehicle Must Meet The Requirements Of: A) The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended), Together With The Implementing Regulations To The Act, B) Standards: Pn-En 1846-1 And Pn-En 1846-2 Or Equivalent, C) Has A Valid Approval Certificate For Use In Fire Protection In Poland Issued On The Basis Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of June 20, 2007 On The List Of Products Intended To Ensure Public Safety Or The Protection Of Health, Life And Property, As Well As The Rules For Issuing Approvals For These Products For Use (Journal Of Laws Of 2007, No. 143, Item 1002, As Amended), D) Is Marked With Operational Numbers State Fire Service In Accordance With Order No. 1 Of The Chief Commander Of The State Fire Service Of January 24, 2020 On Transport Management In Organizational Units Of The State Fire Service (Journal Of Laws Of The State Fire Service Of 2020, Item 3), As Amended By Order No. 3 Of The Chief Commander Of The State Fire Service Of March 9, 2021, And Logos Of Financing Institutions.
