1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New 20-Seat Bus Adapted To Transport Disabled People In A Wheelchair In Accordance With The Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Specification Of The Terms Of Order, Hereinafter Referred To As The Swz. 2) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of The Bus Described In Point 1 Along With The Equipment Specified In The Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of The Order And The Necessary Documentation, Including Documentation Authorizing The Vehicle To Operate In The Republic Of Poland And Enabling Registration Of The Vehicle, In Particular Current Technical Tests For Vehicles Adapted To Transport Disabled Persons In Wheelchairs.3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For The Period Of At Least: A. 24 Months Without Mileage Limit For The Engine And Componentsb. 60 Months For Corrosion Perforation Of Bodywork Elements. 24 Months For The Paint Coating. 24 Months For The Completed Bodywork Adapting The Vehicle To Transport Disabled Persons, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Without Reservations, Without Mileage Limit, On The Terms Specified In The Draft Contract (Annex No. 4 To The Swz).4) During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair Or Replace The Defective Subject Of The Order (Or Its Part) With A New One Free From Defects Free Of Charge.5) Services Related To Ensuring The Warranty, In Particular Technical Inspections And Service, Will Be Provided Free Of Charge, In Accordance With The Manufacturers Recommendations Delivered Vehicle. 6) The Contractor Will Ensure The Maximum Time To Start Repairing The Bus Failure During The Warranty Period Not Exceeding 3 Business Days From The Moment The Failure Is Reported By The Ordering Party To The E-Mail Address Provided By The Contractor. 7) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With The Necessary Warranty Documents No Later Than On The Day Of Collection Of The Vehicle. 8) For Materials And Parts Repaired Or Replaced Free Of Charge As Part Of Warranty Repairs, The Warranty Period Runs Anew. 9) As Part Of The Granted Warranty, For A Period Of 12 Months, If The Vehicle Repair Under The Warranty Exceeds 1 Business Day, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide, At His Own Expense, A Technically Efficient, At Least 9-Seater Replacement Vehicle For The Duration Of The Repair (Preferred Vehicle Adapted To Transport 1 Disabled Person In A Wheelchair). Together With The Replacement Vehicle, The Contractor Will Provide A Document Authorizing The Ordering Party To Use The Vehicle Along With The Registration Certificate And Current Third-Party Liability Insurance.10) If The Contractor Does Not Have The Vehicle Indicated In Point 9), He Is Obliged To Cover The Costs Incurred By The Ordering Party For Renting A Replacement Vehicle Of The Same Class.11) The Contractor Must Have A Workshop Where Warranty Repairs Will Be Perf
