A) The Subject Of This Order Is A Service Consisting In The Development Of Comprehensive Design Documentation For The Expansion/Reconstruction Of The Road System Of Ul. Powstańców – From Ul. Reduta To The Dziekanowicka Bus Stop In Order To Build Sidewalks And Parking Spaces. B) The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order Using: • Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, • Material Scope Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz, C) The Minimum Warranty Period Is 24 Months, The Maximum Warranty Period Is 36 Months. Offers Containing A Warranty Period Of Less Than 24 Months Will Be Rejected. D) Order Completion Date: 38 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Including: • Stage I - Obtaining And Submitting The Environmental Decision With Annexes To The Ordering Party - Within 16 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, • Stage Ii - Preparation And Submission Of Documentation Along With Initiating The Procedure For Obtaining The Zrid Decision - Within 14 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of Stage I, • Stage Iii - Obtaining And Forwarding To The Ordering Party Administrative Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of The Works Together With Complete Design Documentation - Within 4 Months From The Date Of Acceptance Of Stage Ii • Stage Iv - Obtaining And Submitting To The Ordering Party The Final Administrative Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of The Road Investment - Within 4 Months From The Date Of Acceptance Of Stage Iiie) The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Order On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship.
