The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Organization Of An Event Called Networking Of Social Economy Entities - Integration Meeting For Representatives Of, Among Others, Vocational Activity Facilities, Occupational Therapy Workshops, Non-Governmental Organizations.2. The Aim Of The Event Is To Network Social Economy Entities From The Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship By Providing Them With The Opportunity To Integrate, Present Their Activities, Establish Cooperation And Look For Partners To Implement Joint Initiatives.3. The Service Includes, Among Others: Renting A Conference Room With Equipment, Arranging And Creating Stage Set Design, Providing Catering Services, Providing Personal Accident Insurance, Providing A Coordinator, Providing A Sign Language Interpreter.4. Number Of Participants: 400 People (Representatives Of Social Economy Entities From The Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Anticipate A Reduction In The Number Of Participants. 6. Place: The Integration Meeting Should Be Organized At A Geographical Distance Of No More Than 35 Km - Counting In A Straight Line From The Ordering Partys Seat (Al. Ix Wieków Kielc 3, 25-516 Kielce). 7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz.8. Declaration And Documents Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Conditions Referred To In Article 94 Of The Act: 1) Declaration Constituting Evidence Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Conditions Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Act - According To The Template Specified In Appendix No. 3 To The Swz (Submitted With The Offer).2) Required Documents (Evidence):2.1) In The Case Of Contractors That Are A Sheltered Workshop Or A Social Cooperative - The Ordering Party Requires Documents Confirming The Status Of The Contractor, I.E. A Decision Of The Competent Authority Or An Appropriate Entry In The Appropriate Register, Such As The Krs.2.2) In The Case Of Contractors Other Than Sheltered Workshops And Social Cooperatives - The Ordering Party Requires Documents Confirming That The Contractor Or Its Organizationally Separate Unit That Will Perform The Order Conducts Activities Whose Main Goal Is The Social And Professional Integration Of Socially Marginalized People.
