If The Ordering Party Is Not Interested In Ordering Arctic Diesel Oil Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, The Planned Volume Will Consist Only Of Standard Diesel Oil. 7. The Quantities Of Products Presented In The Technical Forms Are The Maximum Quantities That The Ordering Party Intends To Purchase During The Term Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Guarantees, Based On Current Consumption, The Purchase Of A Minimum Of 70% Of The Amount Of Diesel Oil Indicated In The Specifications. 8. The Quality Of The Offered Products Must Be Confirmed In The Technical Specification (Quality Certificate) Containing The Necessary Data On The Physicochemical Parameters Of Each Type Of Product For Each Delivery. 9. Products Constituting The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With The Act Of February 25, 2011.
