Project: Tender21863 - It Solution For 3D Highway Engineering Design . Pursuant To The Specifications Set Forth In This Rfb, The Ministry Of Transportation Ontario (The “Ministry” Or “Mto”) Is Seeking Vendor(S) To Provide, Configure/Customize, Implement, And Maintain An Integrated 3D Highway Engineering Design Solution That Combines Desktop Based Engineering Design And Modelling Capabilities With A Software-As-A-Service (Saas) Collaboration And Information Management Platform (“The Solution”). The Solution Will Replace Mto’S Existing Highway Engineering Design Solution And Shall Include Features To Enable The Future Adoption Of Building Information Modeling (Bim) And Digital Twins Capabilities. The Ministry Is Seeking Vendor(S) Who Can Deliver A Scalable Solution That Aligns With Mto Standards And Workflows; Enables Seamless Data Migration From The Current System; Enhances Design Consistency, Quality, And Efficiency For Internal Staff And External Engineering Service Providers (Esps); And Is Future-Ready To Support Digital Delivery Practices. Scope Of Work The Ministry Anticipates A Multi-Disciplinary User Base Requiring Varying Levels Of Access And Functionality Within The Solution. The Vendor Shall Provide A Scalable Solution Capable Of Supporting Concurrent Use By Design, Engineering, Project Management, And Stakeholder Review Teams Across The Ministry And External Service Providers.
