Tenders are invited for Cambodia Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Study roject Description Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Study aims to assess Cambodias entrepreneurial ecosystem by examining entrepreneurship development, the business environment, and the impacts of border closures on businesses. It aims to identify ecosystem gaps and provide evidence-based recommendations to strengthen support, improve business resilience and competitiveness, and promote the sustainable growth of Cambodias startups and SMEs. II. Bidding Components - Step 1: Interested agencies/implementers/partners are to share their interest by filling out the form by scanning the QR code or the link provided. - Step 2: KE to invite agencies/implementers/partners for a detailed project briefing after the closing date. - Step 3: Agencies/implementers/partners are to submit a proposal and budget plan within 15 working days after the project briefing - Step 4: The KE committee to review the submitted proposal and quotation. - Step 5: Agencies/implementers/partners to be awarded will be formally informed after the evaluation by the committee teams. III. Required Documents Khmer Enterprise would like to invite potential agencies/implementers/partners to submit sealed proposals and other required documents for the Cambodia Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Study The required documents are: Program proposal that covers the several components, including a brief activity plan, research outline, and methodology (timeline for 06 months). Budget proposal that breaks down into activity lines (no lump sum) Samples of previous projects. Executive team members profiles and list of potential experts.
