Service Location: Gaza Strip MAP Medical Aid for Palestinians, with funding from the World Health Organization, announces a tender for the purchase and supply of assistive devices, in accordance with the terms and specifications contained in the tender documents. Therefore, specialized companies wishing to participate can fill out the attached forms according to the following conditions: The applicant company must be properly registered and have a valid commercial registration, with the necessary supporting documents attached to the offer. Prices must be in dollars based on a zero invoice. The party awarded the tender, or part of it, must submit a withholding tax certificate. If the supplier fails to submit this certificate, 10% of the contract value or invoice will be withheld and transferred to the Palestinian Tax Authority. Prices must be inclusive of all materials, packaging, loading, transportation, insurance, unloading and delivery to the site specified by MAP Company, in accordance with specifications and tender documents. Prices must include all costs necessary up to and including delivery and receipt of materials at Al-Barq Companys warehouses in Beitunia-Ramallah, West Bank. Prices must be valid for at least 90 days from the date the tender closes. MAP Medical Aid for Palestinians is not obligated to offer the lowest prices without giving reasons.
