Wł. Sikorski (Class D No. 362680K) And Polana Szaflarska (Class D No. 362774K) In Nowy Targ. 2. Construction Works Include The Construction Of A Class D Municipal Road Constituting A Road Connector. Between Municipal Roads (Streets) Of Gen. Wł. Sikorskiego (Class D No. 362680K) And Polana Szaflarska (Class D No. 362774K) In Nowy Targ, Consisting In, Among Others: 1/ Construction Of The Road In Question Along With A Storm Sewage System And A Service Channel, 2/ Reconstruction Of The Medium- And Low-Voltage Power Grid Colliding With The Construction Of The Road In Question, 3/ Reconstruction Of The Telecommunications Network, 4/ Construction Of Lighting.3. Other Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1/ Remuneration For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In The Form Of An Estimate. Contractual. For Works Not Performed As Unnecessary, Although Covered By The Offer Cost Estimate And Specification, No Remuneration Is Due, 2/ The Contractor Will Prepare A Price Offer Based On All Elements Of The Design Documentation And The Bill Of Quantities, 3/ The Contractors Remuneration Will Be Paid Based On The Material And Financial Schedule, Including Partial Invoices Issued On The Basis Of Partial Acceptance Reports, Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Present The Substantive And Financial Schedule To The Ordering Party For Approval, 4/ The Ordering Party May Request The Contractor To Provide Additional Works.
