The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of Water And Sewage Pipes In A Residential Building Constituting A Municipal Resource, Managed And Administered By Zakład Gospodarki Mieszkaniowej Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego W Częstochowa Spółka Z O.O.2. The Scope Of Implementation Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 7 To The Swz And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. In The Offer Price, The Contractor Must Include All Costs Necessary To Complete The Order, Resulting Directly From The Swz, As Well As Those Not Included In It, And Without Which The Order Cannot Be Performed.3.
