Subject Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Ventilation And Air Conditioning Installations In The Kitchen Of The Social Welfare Home In Prószków At Ul. Zamkowa 8, 46-060 Prószków.2) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Works, Supplies And Services Necessary To Achieve The Purpose Of The Order, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Applicable Legal Regulations, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Provisions Of The Order Documents.2. Scope Of The Order:1) The Material Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Execution Of A Mechanical Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Installation For The Kitchen Of The Social Welfare Home In Prószków Based On The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz, Excluding The Part Regarding The Laundry Room; B) Adaptation Of The Designed Installations To The Current Arrangement Of Devices And Technological Equipment Of The Kitchen Without Changing The Functions And Technical Parameters Of The Installation Specified In The Design Documentation; C) Execution Of Assembly Works Related To The Installation Of Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Devices Along With Necessary Equipment, Automation, Insulation And Commissioning Of Systems; D) Performing The Necessary Construction, Construction And Reconstruction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Installation; E) Replacing The Existing Ceramic Floor In Kitchen Rooms With A Resin Floor, While Maintaining The Existing Installations Located In The Floor Layers And Without Disturbing Their Functionality; F) The Resin Floor Should Be Intended For Kitchen Rooms, Resistant To Chemicals Used For Cleaning And Disinfection, Have An Anti-Slip Surface With A Class Not Lower Than R10 And Meet The Hygienic Requirements For Food Preparation Rooms; G) Carrying Out Tests, Examinations, Adjustments, Measurements And Technological Start-Ups Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Installed Installations; H) Conducting Operating Instructions For The Ordering Partys Staff; I) Preparing And Submitting As-Built Documentation.
