1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Electrical Power Supply System In The Building Of The Wuw Branch Office In Konin By Performing Reactive Power Compensation2. The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works And The Method Of Their Implementation Were Specified In: The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Bill Of Quantities And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works, Which Constitute Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 3. Work Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities, But Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Offered Order Price. 4. All Materials Used To Complete The Order Must Be Of High Quality And Have Valid Quality Certificates, Approval Certificates, Safety Mark Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity Or Certificates Of Compliance With The Polish Standard Required By Applicable Regulations.5. In All Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes In Which The Ordering Party Refers To Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications Or Reference Systems In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. If The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex No. 4 To The Swz) Includes The Names Of Materials, Products Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers, This Should Be Treated Only As A Definition Of The Desired Standard And Quality. In All Such Situations, The Contractor May Offer Equivalent Materials, Products Or Devices With At Least The Same Parameters. Product Equivalence Means Offering A Product Whose Technical Parameters Of The Materials Used Are At Least The Same As Those Described In The Swz. If An Equivalent Solution Is Offered, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate The Equivalence Of The Solutions Used. 6. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Prove/Demonstrate In The Offer That The Proposed Solutions Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order To An Equivalent Extent. At The Stage Of Work Implementation, The Contractor Will Use The Materials Indicated In The Offer, Prepared On The Basis Of The Documents Listed In Section. 2. 7. Before Starting The Works, The Contractor Will Present To The Ordering Party For Approval Samples Of The Materials Used To Complete The Order, Including: Material Cards Of All Built-In Elements, In Accordance With The Provisions Of §6 Section 6 Of Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Contract Template.8. The Ordering Party Requires An On-Site Visit To The Place Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) An On-Site Visit Is Required Due To The Specific Nature Of The Works, The Area And Their Proper Valuation; 2) The On-Site Visit Will Take Place Within One Business Day From The Date Of Submission Of The Application By The Contractor. At The Contractors Request, The On-Site Visit May Take Place At A Later Date; 3) On The Day Of Acceptance Of The Application, The Ordering Party Accepts The Application Submitted B
