The Ordering Party Informs That The Names Of Manufacturers, Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or Specific Processes Appearing In The Design Documentation In Relation To The Required Materials, Devices, Equipment Or Goods - Recommends That They Be Treated As Examples And Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials And Devices In The Execution Of The Order, Provided That They Guarantee Obtaining Technical, Functional And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Design Documentation.
