The Subject Of The Order Is Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Development Conditions And Decisions On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments For Real Estate Located In The Strzyżów Commune, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 538). The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular The Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments (5 Pieces) And 245 Draft Decisions On Development Conditions, Including: 1) Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Development Conditions And Analysis, As Referred To In Art. 4 Section 2 In Connection With Art. 60 Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development, 2) Preparation Of Draft Decisions On The Conditions Of Development And Development With Analysis, Referred To In Art. 4 Section 2 In Connection With Art. 50 And Art. 60 Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development, 3) Preparation Of The So-Called Urban Planning Inventory. Analyzed Area, Including, Among Others, Inventory Of Existing Buildings According To Functions, Approximate Heights Of Existing Facilities, Geometry Of Roofs, Blind Walls, Inventories Of Existing Access Roads And Other Elements Characteristic Of The Analyzed Area.4) Cooperation In Considering Possible Comments, Requests And Reservations Of The Parties To The Proceedings Together With Written Requests,5) In Each Case, Indication Of The Authorities Referred To In Art. 53 Section 4, Art. 60 And 64 Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development, Which Should Be Requested To Agree On The Draft Decision, 6) Preparation Of The Final Draft Of The Decision After Receiving And Taking Into Account The Last Of The Required Arrangements, 7) Preparation Of The Draft Decision On The Refusal To Establish The Conditions Of Development Or Investment For A Public Purpose, In The Event Of Finding, After The Analysis, That It Is Impossible To Establish The Conditions Of Development Or The Location Of The Public Purpose, As Well As In The Event Of Refusal To Agree On Any Of The Authorities Referred To In Art. 53 Section 4, Art. 60 And Art. 64 Of The Spatial Planning Act. 8) Substantive Cooperation In The Preparation Of Formal And Legal Documents, Including Drafts Of All Letters In Accordance With Art. 13 Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development And Cooperation In Conducting The Procedure.
