1. The Subject Of The Order Is - In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities And The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Renovation Of The Surface Of District Road No. 2909S On A Section With A Total Length Of 773 M From The Beginning Of The Built-Up Area In Chudów To Ul. Topolowa (Near The Cemetery), Including The Replacement Of Curbs Along A Length Of 753 M And The Re-Paving Of The Surface With Paving Stones On The Exits And The Sidewalk.2. The Planned Scope Of Work Includes: Preparatory And Demolition Works (Making Cuts Into The Surface, Mechanically Dismantling The Surface, Dismantling Concrete Curbs, Milling), Earthworks And Trenching, Execution Of A Binding Layer, Thickness 6 Cm, Leveling, Abrasive 5 Cm; Re-Paving The Paving Surface On The Sidewalk And Exits And Laying Curbs, Constructing A Trough Along With Removing Soil And Installing Reclaimed Asphalt Into The Roadside. 10 Cm Including Two Sprinklings Of Asphalt Emulsion And Pouring Gravel, Adjustment Of Devices - 14 Pcs., Replacement Of Existing Street Inlets - 15 Pcs., Execution Of Horizontal Markings Using Thick-Layer Technology - 173 M2. 3. The Main Scope Of Works, The Method Of Their Execution And The Quality Requirements For The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order Were Specified In The Bill Of Quantities And Stwiorb, Which Constitute Annex No. 3 To Swz.4. If, During The Works, Non-Invented External Devices And Networks Are Found, The Contractor Will Secure Them And Agree On The Method Of Carrying Out Further Work With The Appropriate Operator Of The Device Or Network. 5. In The Event Of Damage To Underground Or Overhead Devices, The Contractor Undertakes To Immediately Notify The Appropriate Network Operators, Cooperate With Them In Removing The Damage And Cover The Costs Of Repairs.6. Markings For The Duration Of Works Should Be In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. In The Scope Of Pavement Renovation Works, The Contractor May Mark The Work Site On The Basis Of Simplified Traffic Organization Designs For Road Maintenance Works That Do Not Require Complete Closure Of The Road To Motor Vehicle Traffic And Require Changes In Traffic Organization Only During The Activities. It Is The Contractors Decision To Determine Whether The Planned Scope Of Work Allows The Use Of Simplified Designs Presented By The Ordering Party. 7. During The Works, Access To And Access To The Property, Fields And Public Facilities Should Be Possible. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Construction Site.9. The Scope Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Performance Of All Construction Works And Supplies Of Materials, As Well As Preparatory, Demolition, Accompanying And Complementary Works Necessary To Perform And Complete The Task.
