The Subject Of The Order Includes, In Particular: General Construction Works, Ventilation, Sanitary And Electrical Installations And Other Accompanying Works. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz, Consists Of The Following Technical Documents: 1) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 2) Bill Of Quantities, 3) Construction Design - Level Projection 0.4) Construction Design - Level Projection +1. The Subject Of This Order Does Not Include Periodic Inspections Consisting Of Maintenance Of Devices And Replacement Of Consumable Parts Such As Filters. The Ordering Party Informs That It Does Not Envisage The Possibility Of Paying Advance Payments To Contractors Or Partial Payments. Payment For The Order In Question Will Be Made After Fault-Free Acceptance Of The Works. The Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Order Is At Least 24 Months, Starting From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report. Offering A Longer Warranty (Maximum 60 Months) Will Be Additionally Scored By The Ordering Party In The Offer Evaluation Criterion. The Ordering Party Informs That The Warranty Period Offered By The Contractor Covers The Entire Scope Of The Order, In Particular The Devices, Materials And Installation Works Performed. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Supplemented By The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Included In The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
