1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation And Construction Works Regarding The Reconstruction Of The Access Road From Ul. Polish Army To Agricultural Land With A Length Of 123.0 M, Located On Plot No. 650, Przedmieście District In Dzierżoniów.1.2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Suburb Access Road To Agricultural Land - Reconstruction Of The Road At Ul. Wojska Polskiego In Dzierżoniów. The Investment Is Subsidized By The Lower Silesian Voivodeship In The Form Of A Targeted Subsidy To Finance Protection, Reclamation And Improvement Of Land Quality. 1.3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Two Stages, In Accordance With The Design And Build Formula: 1) Stage I - Preparation On The Basis Of The Pfu Of Design Documentation, Stwiorb, Traffic Organization Designs (Temporary And Final), Bill Of Quantities, Detailed Cost Estimate (Prepared On The Basis Of Price Factors Declared In The Contractors Offer), As Well As Obtaining All Permits, Decisions, Opinions, Arrangements And Approvals Required By Law, And Submitting The Required Reports And Notifications Necessary For Implementation Construction Works Specified Above, The Form And Scope Of Documentation Should Comply With The Currently Applicable Regulations In This Area. The Documentation Under Development Is Subject To Arrangements And Final Approval By The Ordering Party. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order In The First Stage Also Includes Obtaining By The Contractor, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, A Final And Valid Decision On The Building Permit / Obtaining A Valid Notification Of Works.2) Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction Works On The Reconstruction Of The Access Road From Ul.
