1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Used Medium Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle For The Boruszyn Volunteer Fire Department.2. A Detailed Description And Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.2) Contract Template - Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 1. General Requirements1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of One Used Medium Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle Of The Gba Category With A 4×4 Drive.1.2 The Vehicle Must Be Complete, Technically Efficient, Approved For Road Traffic In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland And Ready To Conduct Rescue And Fire-Fighting Operations Without The Need To Perform Major Repairs.1.3 The Vehicle Must Be Free From Legal Defects.1.4 The Vehicle Cannot Be The Subject Of A Lien, Transfer Of Ownership, Security Or Enforcement Proceedings.1.5 The Contractor Must Have Full Right To Dispose Of The Vehicle.1.6 The Vehicle Must Have A Set Of Documents Enabling Its Registration As A Special Fire Truck.1.7 The Car Must Have A Current Technical Inspection.1.8 The Vehicle Must Have Valid Third Party Liability Insurance On The Date Of Collection.1.9 The Mileage Of The Vehicle Cannot Exceed 85,000 Km.1.10 Year Of Production: Not Older Than 2010.1.11 The Offered Vehicle Must Have A Certificate Of Approval For Use In Fire Protection Issued By The Scientific And Research Center For Fire Protection - National Research Institute (Cnbop-Pib), Valid At The Time The Vehicle Is Put Into Use. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Copy Of The Approval Certificate Issued For The Offered Vehicle Upon Receipt Of The Vehicle.
