The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Implementation And Configuration Of A Siem (Security Information And Event Management) System, Including Training For The Ordering Partys It Administrators And Providing Post-Implementation Support.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. The Investment Is Carried Out As Part Of The Grant Project Cybersecure District Office In Płońsk. The Project Is Implemented Under The European Funds For Digital Development 2021-2027 (Ferc), Priority Ii: Advanced Digital Services, Measure 2.2. – Strengthening The National Cybersecurity System.4. If Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterize The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Are Used In The Swz Or Its Annexes, In Particular In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, They Are Only Of An Exemplary Nature And Define The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Deliveries Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. It Should Be Assumed That They Constitute Only Indications And Are Intended Only To Clarify The Level Of The Ordering Partys Expectations In Relation To A Specific Solution, And The Contractor Is Not Obliged To Apply Them. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law If The Swz Or Its Annexes Contain A Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Pzp, And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Phrase Or Equivalent, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Each Such Standard, European Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System. In Connection With The Above, It Should Be Assumed That Each Standard, European Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In These Documents Is Obliged To Prove, By Attaching To The Offer, Appropriate Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Pzp, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Swz, Its Annexes And Applicable Norms And Standards.6. The Contractor Declares That He Has The Knowledge And Experience To Ensure Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep Secret All Technical, Technological, Legal And Organizational Information Regarding The Hardware And Software Resources Of The Ordering Partys It System, Which He Acquired During The Execution Of This Order.8. The Ordering Party Req
