The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation And Delivery Of Meals (Catering Service) For Children Attending The Municipal Kindergarten In Cegłów In 2026 And 2027, On The Days When The Gp Works.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes Preparation From Own Products, Delivery Using Own Transport And Serving Meals In Kindergartens, Primary Schools And Schools In Accordance With The Recommendations And Nutrition Standards Of The Institute Of Food And Nutrition. 4. Requirements Regarding Meals: 4.1. Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order For The Preparation Of Meals For The Municipal Kindergarten In Cegłów: A) The Contractor Will Deliver Meals Using His Own Transport And At His Own Expense. B) Meals Will Be Delivered In Thermoses And Containers For Which The Contractor Has Appropriate Approvals And Certificates. C) Meals Will Be Transported In A Car Adapted To Transport Food, For Which The Contractor Has Appropriate Documents Confirming The Adaptation Of The Vehicle. D) The Number Of Meals Will Depend On The Attendance Of Children At The Municipal Kindergarten In Cegłów. The Contractor Will Be Informed About The Number Of Breakfasts For A Given Day By 3 P.M. On The Day Before The Service Is Performed, And About The Number Of Lunches And Afternoon Teas On The Day Of The Service, I.E. On The Same Day By 9.00.
