Tenders are invited for Liaoning Industry Upgradation, Infrastructure and Environmentally Sustainable Development Project- Anshan City Nansha River Stormwater and Sewage Separation Retrofit Project (Package 1): Stormwater Pipe Networks Zone 6, Zone 7, and Zone 8, and Outfall Remediation Project Stormwater and Sewage Separation Retrofit for Zone 6: This project aims to retrofit the existing municipal drainage pipes in Zone 6 of the Nansha River Basin to ensure that stormwater is discharged into the river while sewage is routed to the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) for treatment. Zone 6 covers a catchment area of 990 hectares, bounded by the Nansha River to the east, Xinying Road to the west, Huailin Road to the north, and Qianshan Middle Road to the south. The existing drainage system is already a separate system. The stormwater catchment area lies within the Nansha River Basin, while the sewage catchment area falls within the service area of the Panjialu WWTP. The existing sewage network comprises 89.73 km of pipelines and 2,731 manholes, with pipe diameters ranging from DN100 to DN1000. The proposed retrofit plan includes the construction of 12,904.6 meters of DN300DN800 sewage pipelines and 12 meters of d700 stormwater pipelines. Stormwater and Sewage Separation Retrofit for Zone 7: This project aims to retrofit the existing municipal drainage pipes in Zone 7 of the Nansha River Basin to ensure that stormwater is discharged into the river while sewage is routed to the WWTP for treatment. Zone 7 covers a total catchment area of approximately 2,211 hectares, located south of Qianshan Middle Road and the Dagushan Branch River, bounded by South Third Ring Road to the south and Huiyuan Avenue to the west. The area is primarily served by a combined sewer system. Although the road network in parts of the zone is well-developed and covered by pipe networks, there are issues of missing network components and cross-connections/misconnections between stormwater and sewage systems. The proposed retrofit plan includes the construction of approximately 257.5 meters of d800 main stormwater pipelines and d300 stormwater inlet connection pipes, as well as approximately 6,250 meters of DN400DN700 main sewage pipelines. Stormwater and Sewage Separation Retrofit for Zone 8: The existing drainage network in Zone 8 operates under a separate system. Therefore, the design for this zone focuses exclusively on rectifying the cross-connections/misconnections between stormwater and sewage systems.
