The Public Procurement Officer (PRCP) invites interested consultants, through this call for expressions of interest, to submit their proposals in a sealed envelope; one candidate (for each lot) will be selected in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 2024-1748/PRES/PM/MEF of December 31, 2024, regarding public procurement award, execution, and settlement procedures. 7.
