Work Detail
The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Contract One Contractor Who Provides Integrated, High-Quality And Flexible Services Aimed At Social Guidance, Financial Self-Reliance And Participation/Work Of Status Holders And Persons Subject To Integration Requirements Within The Municipality Of Bergen Op Zoom. In Addition, The Aim Is For The Same Contractor To Also Carry Out The Participation Declaration Processes. The Estimated Annual Order Value Is € 177,024 Excl. Vat. The Maximum Total Value Of This Assignment Is € 1,200,000 Excl. Vat Over A Period Of Four (4) Years. If This Maximum Total Value Is Exceeded Within The Maximum Term Of Four (4) Years, The Framework Agreement Will No Longer Have Any Effect And The Framework Agreement Will Terminate By Operation Of Law. In That Case, The Municipality Will Re-Tender The Contract In Accordance With Applicable Procurement Legislation.
