Tenders Are Invited For Temporary Traffic Measures

The Purpose Of The Tender Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Contractor For The Planning And Implementation Of Traffic Measures, So That No Separate Tenders Take Place Per Project. For Successful Execution Of The Work, It Is Important That Contact And Coordination With The Contractor Is Simple And Efficient. The Work Mainly Consists Of: • Preparing Traffic Measures; • Deploying Employees And Equipment For Temporary Traffic Measures; • Carrying Out Other Additional Work; The Work Is Carried Out During Work, Events And Emergencies. The Municipality Of Vlaardingen Reserves The Right At All Times To Apply Traffic Barriers, Measures And Diversions Under Its Own Management. The Framework Agreement Has A Maximum Contract Value Of € 400,000.00 Excluding Vat. If The Final Maximum Contract Value Is Reached Before The End Of The Agreed Term Of The Framework Agreement, The Framework Agreement Will Terminate By Operation Of Law. In That Case, The Contractor Cannot Claim Damages Or Any Other Form Of Compensation.
