This Negotiable Request For Proposals (“The Nrfp”) Issued By Bc Housing Management Commission (“Bc Housing”) Is An Invitation To Experienced, Qualified Suppliers To Submit Non-Binding Offers For The Provision Of Heating Equipment Inspection And Maintenance Services For Various Locations In The Lower Mainland Of Bc. Services Include Inspections, Repairs, Emergency Repairs, New Installations, And Preventative Maintenance. The Scope Of Work Applies To All Building Hvac Systems And Related Infrastructure For Various Bc Housing Directly Managed Locations And Group Homes In The Lower Mainland, And For Səmiq̓wəʔelə, Coquitlam, Bc.Proponents Must:Possess A Current, Valid Technical Safety Bc Licence; Currently Have Technicians On Staff With Current, Valid Certification By Asttbc (Not Just Astt);Currently Have Technicians On Staff With Current, Valid Certificates, Licences, Qualifications To Work On All System Types Identified In This Nrfp; Currently Have Technicians On Staff With Current, Valid Cpro Certification;Currently Have On Staff A Minimum Of Two (2) Persons With Gasfitter (Class A) Qualifications;Experience With Ddb Systems In Entiliweb And Reliable; Andbe Able To Service All Locations Identified In This Nrfp.Proponents Must Currently Have And Must Maintain Throughout The Term(S) Of The Agreement Technicians Who Meet All Requirements Of Section 1.5 - Certifications, Qualifications, And Licences Of The Scope Of Work, And Who Are Always Available To Be Assigned To Provide Services For Bc Housing.
