Work Detail
The City Of Nieheim Is Planning The Conversion And Energy-Efficient Renovation Of The Nieheim Town Hall Into A “House Of Culture And Clubs”. This Project Is Funded By The Erdf Funding For “Energy-Efficient Public Buildings” And Urban Development Funding. The Measure Includes The Modernization Of The Existing Hall Areas Including The Stage Building, The Energy-Related Upgrade Of The Existing Building And A Replacement New Building As A Solid Structure With Monolithic Masonry Made Of Perforated Bricks And Reinforced Concrete Ceilings. The Aim Is To Create A Sustainable, Multifunctional Cultural, Event And Club Location, Taking Into Account The Functional, Technical, Energy And Fire Protection Requirements. The Existing Extension From The 1970S Will Be Demolished And The Historic Part Of The Building Will Be Gutted. The New Building Consists Of A Single-Story Main Building With A Gable Roof And A Foyer Area With A Flat Roof And A Lightweight Canopy In Front. The Main Building Will Have An Approximately 42 Degree Inclined Rafter Purlin Roof With A Green Roof And Photovoltaic System. In Addition To The Ground Floor, It Includes An Attic And A Loft. The External Dimensions Of The Main Building Are Approx. 17.35 X 23.60 M, The Ridge Height Is Approx. 12.74 M. The Tendered Interior Plastering Work Covers The Replacement New Building, The Historical Part Of The Building (Hall 1 And Hall 2) And The Stage House In Order To Prepare The Areas For Subsequent Tiling And Painting Work. In The New Replacement Building, A Full-Surface Lime-Cement Plaster Is Applied To The Monolithic Brickwork, With A Specific Distinction Being Made Between Dry And Wet Rooms. In Historical Buildings, A System-Appropriate Heating Plaster Is Applied Directly To A Wall Heating System Over The Interior Wall Insulation. The Work In The Stage House Includes Partial Plaster Renovations In The Stage Area And The Toilets As Well As Plastering Over Existing Tiles In The Dressing Room Using Pre-Treatment And Fabric Reinforcement.
