X 297 Mm., Book Type; According To Separate Position No. 2: Design, Pre-Printing And Printing Of 2,840 Manuals In Bulgarian Based On Text Provided By The Contracting Authority In Microsoft Word Format (.Doc/ .Docx) And Illustrative Material Provided By The Contracting Authority In Jpg File (.Jpg) And Adobe Photoshop Image (.Psd) Format: A4, Size 210 Mm. X 297 Mm., Book Type. The Requirements For The Performance Of Supplies Are Specified In The Technical Specification For Separate Item No. 1 (Appendix No. 1.1) And The Technical Specification For Specific Item No. 2 (Appendix No. 1.2.), Which Are Part Of The Documentation For Participation. The Public Procurement Is Reserved For The Participation Of Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities, Given The Fact That The Supplies Included In The Subject Of The Procurement Are Included In The List Of Goods And Services Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act. Other Interested Parties May Also Participate In The Procedure For Awarding A Reserved Order, Subject To The Sequence Provided For In Art. 81, Para. 2 And Para. 3 Of Ppzop, But Their Bids Are Considered Only If No Bids Of Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of Disabled People Are Allowed.
