The Order Covers The Following Activities: - Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works, Including Supply Of Raw Materials And Materials, Mechanization, Labor Force And All Services And Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Approved Technical Project And Bill Of Quantities; - Activities To Put The Site Into Operation; - Warranty Liability For The Periods Of The Warranty Periods Offered By The Contractor For The Individual Types Of Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 31.07.2003 For The Commissioning Of Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites. For The Site, There Is An Approved Investment Project And Issued Building Permit No. 245 Dated 18.04.2023, Amended And Supplemented By Orders No. 21/31.01.2024 And 80 / 19.06.2025.
