The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities: Construction, Including: Temporary Construction; Dismantling Works; Delivery Of Necessary Materials And Equipment; Construction And Assembly Works; Preparation Of Executive And Executive Documentation; Geodetic Recording Of Cadastral Data Of The Built Object And Obtaining A Certificate Under Art. 54A, Para. 3 Of The Law On The Cadastre And Property Register (Zkir); All Construction Acceptance Activities With Protocol No. 16 For Establishing Suitability For Construction Acceptance (For Constructions From The First To Third Category) And Obtaining A Permit For Use, Resp. Certificate Of Commissioning; Activities During The Period For Reporting Defects And Warranty Period Of Cmr, According To Bulgarian Legislation.
