Repair Activities Cover Both Traditional Repairs And Non-Traditional Repairs. Given The Emergency Nature Of The Companys Activity, The Contracting Authority Cannot Commit To Specific Quantities. The Pumps Designated For Repair Are Handed Over By The Employer To The Contractor At The Address Of The City Of Shumen, 37 Simeon Veliki Blvd. When Handing Over The Defective Pump For Repair, A Handover Protocol Is Drawn Up, Which Describes The Condition Of The Pump /Defect Sheet/, Ascertained By Representatives Of The Employer And The Contractor. Acceptance Of The Repaired Pump Is Carried Out With A Handover Protocol After A Bench Test Of The Same. Bench Test Costs Are Borne By The Contractor. The Contracting Authority Accepts The Repaired Pump At The Address Of The City Of Shumen, 37 Simeon Veliki Blvd., After Making Sure That It Meets All The Operating Characteristics Specified In The Technical Data Sheet. Upon Acceptance Of The Repaired Pump, The Parties Sign A Protocol For Post-Repair Testing Of The Pump, And The Contractor Provides A Warranty Card For The Repaired Pump.
