The Subject Of The Order Is Conducting Eye Examinations And Making Glasses For Vision Correction Of The Employees Of The Urban Mobility Center Ead, Working With Video Displays More Than Half Of The Working Time In Accordance With Ordinance No. 7/05.05.2005 Of The Ministry Of Health And The Ministry Of Health And The Collective Labor Agreement. The Public Order Includes: - Conducting Eye Examinations And Vision Assessment By An Ophthalmologist For No Less Than 600 Workers And Employees Of The Company, In Accordance With The Lists Of Names Of The Entitled Persons; - Production Of Vision Correction Glasses /With Diopters/ For Workers And Employees For Whom They Are Prescribed, After The Examination By An Ophthalmologist. Glasses For Vision Correction Are Manufactured Only With The Consent Of The Authorized Person And An Individual Order Signed By Him.
