The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Implementation Of Subscription Support And Delivery Of Additional Services And Licenses Of Applied Software Products, Building The Hospital Information System In The Dr. Tota Venkova General Hospital Ad - Gabrovo. The Deadline For The Execution Of The Order Is 12 (Twelve) Months From Its Award. Subscription Support For The Application Software Products Will Include: Subscription Support For The Application Software Products Will Include: 1. Consultations And Assistance In The Operation Of The Software Products Used By The Contracting Authority, Which Are Provided Remotely, Without An On-Site Visit, Every Working Day For The Duration Of The Contract From 8:30 A.M. To 5:30 P.M. (Working Hours); 2. Elimination Of Hidden Program Errors (Bugs) And, If Necessary, Malfunctions Of The Databases That Occurred As A Result Of Them; - Provision Of Amended And Supplemented Versions (Updates) Of The System And Description Of Changes In The Existing Functionalities Of The Used Software Products, By Publishing Them On The Web Page Of The Contractor, So That They Are Available To The Contracting Authority. These Activities Are Carried Out At The Request Of The Contracting Authority, In Connection With: - Inaccuracies (Program Errors) Found By The Employer In The Operation Of The Used Software Products; - Requirements Of Legal And By-Laws, The National Framework Agreement (Nfa) And Other Decisions And Instructions Of The Competent Authorities, For The Implementation Of Which Non-Essential Changes In The Already Existing Functionalities Of The Used Software Products Are Necessary. Outside The Scope Of The Activity Under This Paragraph Are Requirements That Require Significant Changes In The Existing Functionalities Of The Program Products, Such As, But Not Limited To, New Integrations For The Purpose Of Data Exchange With Systems At The Local, Regional, National Or European Level, Changes Including Expansion Of The Type Of Data Exchanged, New Electronic Formats, New Code Systems, Nomenclature And Classifications For Encoding The Exchanged Data, New Standards And Protocols For Data Exchange, Introduction Of New Reporting Regimes, Changes In The Cyclicality By Which Information Is Exchanged And Others, As Well As The Development Of New Functions; 3. Provision Of Amended And Supplemented Versions (Updates) Of The System And A Description Of The Changes In The Existing Functionalities Of The Used Software Products, In Connection With Improvements In The Work Of The Software Products, Including Additions To The Functionality Introduced At The Unilateral Initiative Of The Contractor, By Publishing Them On The Web Page Of The Contractor, So That They Are Available To The Contracting Authority; 4. Establishing The Existence Of A Process For Regular Archiving Of The Databases Of The Software Products, Maintained By The Contracting Authority (Without Examining Its Completeness, Structure And Integrity), And Providing Consultation On Its Organization And/Or Improvement, Only After Providing A Questionnaire Filled In By The Contracting Authority, Once Within 10 Working Days Of Concluding A Contract
