In Konstancin-Jeziorna. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Maintenance, Service And Ongoing Service Of Power Installations And Devices At The Headquarters Of Pse S.A. In Konstancin - Jeziorna At Ul. Warszawska 165. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Part Ii Of The Swz And Part Iv Of The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Guarantee In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Part Iv Of The Swz. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Swz By Means Of Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act, If They Allow To Obtain Features Or Parameters Not Worse Than Those Mentioned. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Act, The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Prove In The Offer That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Act.
