As Part Of Its Mission, The Brand Image Unit, Better Known To The General Public Under The Luxembourg - Lets Make It Happen Initiative, Of The Ministry Of The Economy (Hereinafter “Meco”) Is Developing A Collection Of Promotional Products (Called “Luxembourg Collection” Or “Collection”) With The Objectives Of: • Showcasing The Local Know-How, Diversity And Creativity Of Luxembourg Internationally • Making The Values And Faces Of Luxembourg Known And Appreciated • Bringing People To Life And Traveling The “Luxembourg” Brand Throughout The World It Is In This Context That Meco Enters Into Partnership With Local Producers To Develop New Items For The Collection, In A Sustainable, Local And Contextualized Approach (Through Storytelling Around The Product). It Should Be Noted That The Luxembourg Collection Fulfills The Following Functions: • Official Representational Gifts As Used By Embassies, Ltios, Ministries, Etc. ; • Conventional Gifts To Offer To An International Audience; • Souvenirs Or Gifts Purchased By Tourists And International Visitors; • Identification Products Worn By The General Local Public; • Promotional Material Intended For An International Audience As Part Of The Organization Of Large-Scale International Events, For Example. The Object Of The Contract Is The Conclusion Of A Service Contract Relating To The Management, Coordination And Marketing Of The Luxembourg Collection. In Order To Continue To Develop Items Under The “Luxembourg” Brand, Meco Calls On An External Partner Responsible For Centralizing The Entire Management Of The “Luxembourg Collection” In A Single Point Of Contact. The Aim Of The Collaboration Is To Benefit From A Central And Single Point Of Contact To Coordinate, Develop And Control The Entire Product Range. The Partner Will Also Take Care Of The Purchase, Warehouse, Sale And Delivery Of Items From The Collection In National And International B2b Circuits. These Services May, If Necessary, Be Extended To The B2c Network. The Objective Of The Contract Is To Ensure A Quality Service As Defined In These Specifications. The Contract Will Be Concluded For A Period Of Three Years, From January 1, 2027. In-Depth Knowledge Of The Luxembourg Producers Market Is Essential To Bid.
